Our community is so important to us personally and professionally. When we work together to improve what our community has to offer, it brings us closer together in meeting the needs of individuals and service organizations. The Community Partners Program brings us together as a group to discuss our current community needs and how we can fulfill them as a team. |

The Hope and Care Foundation is the Not-For-Profit organization for Hospice of the Pines. Our commitment is to improve the journey of life in our communities through individuals and service organizations. The Hope and Care Foundation is proud to promote the businesses in our community that share our mission and vision through our Community Partners Program. Businesses help with fund raising events, make generous contributions, and provide services free of charge to those in need. They also may contribute by helping us promote End of Life education. Together we do make a difference! |

3. Promote End of Life Education in our Community. Not only do our employees have friends and families that may need education but so does our community. There are so many myths about Hospice Care. Learning about End Of Life Care helps bring options that we may not know we have when that time comes. We want to empower our community so they can talk to their health care providers about their wishes. |
